- Promotional information would be sent to you periodically via email or direct messaging, in case you do not wish to receive such emails please unsubscribe for the same from your My Tiara Account.
- In case any of your information held with us is incomplete or not correct, you can update the same through our My Tiara Account & incase unable to do so through the account, please mail us on hello@tiaraoflondon.com
RETURN POLICY
WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED?
- If you get a wrong product delivered just drop us a mail at hello@tiaraoflondon.com mentioning the correct required product and we will revert back within 24 working hours.
- We will get a free pick up arranged of the product delivered to you and deliver the correct product within the next 3 working days.
NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR DECISION? YOU CAN EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT WITH A NEW PRODUCT WHILE ADJUSTING THE DIFFERENCE?
In case you feel you want to order another fragrance of the same product or even a completely different product, no worries, we understand. All you need to do is drop us a mail at hello@tiaraoflondon.com within 48 hours of the delivery and inform us about the change of mind. Just keep in mind that the product should not be used and the packaging needs to be intact, and we will get it picked up and exchange it with your product of desire.
PLEASE NOTE –
- If the new product is of lesser value, then the difference after subtracting the courier charges will be refunded into your My Tiara Account, and in case the cost of the new product is higher, then you will have to bill the new product separately and your old product amount will be refunded back to you within 7-10 working days of the product returned back.
- If a product is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged or returned for the second time.
- If in case the new required product is not available then, our standard returns and cancellation policy will apply.
- Exchange policy is not applicable for the bath range of products.
